Alaign Flow operates as a software infrastructure provider for vocational, beauty, and wellness schools. We collect information provided directly by client institutions (administrator contact details, billing information) and prospective student data routed through client web forms, SMS, and advertising integrations.

2. How We Process Prospective Student Inquiries

Inquiries transmitted to Alaign Flow are processed strictly on behalf of our client institutions to perform 2-way conversational qualification, schedule campus tours, and push lead records into the client's designated CRM. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or market to student leads.

3. Data Security & Encryption

All data in transit is encrypted using modern TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocols. Access to client databases and webhook endpoints is restricted by enterprise authentication and secret rotation standards.

4. Retention & Deletion

We retain prospect interaction logs only as long as necessary to fulfill operational reporting and follow-up sequences. Client institutions may request full data purging at any time by contacting our engineering team.
