1. Services Provided

Alaign Flow delivers autonomous lead management software, 2-way conversational follow-up engines, calendar synchronization, and related operational automations tailored for vocational, beauty, and wellness schools.

2. 14-Day Implementation Scope

Implementation commences upon receipt of initial onboarding materials. We configure and connect all agreed inbound channels, calendar links, and messaging logic within 14 calendar days, accompanied by full end-to-end testing and staff orientation.

3. 48-Hour Operational SLA Guarantee

If any core automation workflow (lead ingestion, automated response, or tour booking) experiences downtime or functional failure during the first 30 days after live launch, we commit to resolving the issue within 48 hours. If unresolved within this window, the client is entitled to a full 100% refund of setup fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

Client institutions agree to provide accurate program details, tuition data, and active staff calendar integrations. Clients retain sole ownership of their lead data and brand assets.
